GBIS Disability Inc., Nashville TN Mrs. Baskin holds a Master of Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Kentucky and is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (C.R.C.). She began working with GBIS in 2001 and has helped hundreds of individuals with thier Social Security disability. Prior to that, she was a Vocational Expert with the Social Security Administration.
